Live Stream Preconference Options

  • Strengthen Your Tier 1 PBIS System Using the Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI) to Guide Implementation Is your team looking for current best practices to strengthen their universal PBIS implementation? Teams will analyze current systems based on universal-level Tiered Fidelity Inventory (TFI) line items and identify action steps specific to their building’s level of implementation. Participants should have access to their universal data and system artifacts (matrix, behavior lesson plans, flow charts, etc.).

We recommend previously-trained school teams who are currently implementing tier 1 and seeking to strengthen their tier 1 implementation. Teams should include an administrator or administrative representative and team members with knowledge of current PBIS tier 1 implementation.

  • Six Intervention Features to Guide and Strengthen Your PBIS Tier 2 Implementation Successful PBIS tier 2 implementation can take longer and be more difficult to achieve than tier 1 implementation. To fully implement tier 2, school teams and staff require a growth mindset to deconstruct old practices and install new practices—while continuing to teach and support students. This session supports previously trained school teams who want concrete guidance strategies to strengthen their current tier 2 implementation. Teams will increase their understanding of and begin to develop a plan to:
    • Align the 6 features of tier 2 interventions to tier 1 data, systems, and practices
    • Refine one or more tier 2 interventions with all six intervention features
    • Provide ongoing training and support to students, staff, and families while actively seek their feedback

    We recommend that teams connect with their Regional Technical Assistance Coordinator to determine if this session is a good fit for their needs.  This session is designed for previously-trained school teams who are currently implementing tier 2 and seeking to strengthen their tier 2 supports.


This two-day conference experience for school, state, district, and regional Leadership Teams and other professionals has been designed to help increase the effectiveness of PBIS through an equitable, multi-level system of supports. 

The 2022 PBIS Leadership Conference will be a combination of in person and live stream sessions. Teams, from all levels of implementation, will come together in an energizing, enthusiastic, and engaging learning environment of their choice.

Sessions are designed for leadership teams looking to enhance their PBIS implementation by focusing on a strong universal that intentionally addresses equity considerations in every decision, practice, and policy they plan.

Cost: $75 per person for preconference | $150 per person for conference
